Nollaig na mBam sona daoibh

It is a little of an unconventional pastry method but the result is a delicious sandy texture! We have used this pastry in our kitchen for the last few years.

Add some diced cooked potatoes and a tbsp of whole grain mustard to add flavour, and why not some smoked trout or bacon for a supercharger brunch idea

This apple compote or apple sauce is ideal to have in the fridge! Omit the ginger if you want to smoother compote!
