one pan Salmon and curry sauce

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 portions salmon
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 4-5 brussels sprout sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced thinly
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • mash potato to serve - optional
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a large sauté pan, over high heat, pour in the oil over the salmon. Place in a sauté pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the salmons and add the brussels sprouts, red onion carrots and garlic.
  • Sprinkle some curry powder over.
  • Add the white wine and cream. reduce the heat to medium / low and simmer for 2 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked and the sauce is coating the back of a spoon.
  • Remove from the heat, check the seasoning and serve immediately with some mash potato.
