You can make this recipe using a slow cooker reduce the liquid to 300ml of red wine and 200ml stock and cook for 4 hours on high!

This recipe will work for a 5 litres slow cooker. If you have a smaller 3.5litres, choose a 1.2kg chicken and omit the baby potato to ensure the chicken can fit with the lid closed!

this recipe uses the slow cooker to create easy confit duck legs ! it is not a real one-pot wonder but it is too delicious to keep it out!
