Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 100 g porridge Oats
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts optional
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries optional
- 2 tbsp mixed berry jam
- 200 g berries
- 2 tbsp local honey we used a blackcurrant infused honey
- 100 ml natural yogurt
- 100 ml milk plus extra if needed when serving
Instructions
- Add oats, seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, mixed nuts into a bowl.
- Stir in the yogurt and milk and add some of the honey to sweetnen tohe mixture.
- Spoon on the base of the jars some jam. add the mixture and layer the berries, honey and extra seeds if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
- Uncover and enjoy from the container/bowl the next day.
- Thin with a little more milk if desired and add toppings of choice.
