Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g porridge Oats
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts optional
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries optional
  • 2 tbsp mixed berry jam
  • 200 g berries
  • 2 tbsp local honey we used a blackcurrant infused honey
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk plus extra if needed when serving

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, mixed nuts into a bowl.
  • Stir in the yogurt and milk and add some of the honey to sweetnen tohe mixture.
  • Spoon on the base of the jars some jam. add the mixture and layer the berries, honey and extra seeds if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
  • Uncover and enjoy from the container/bowl the next day.
  • Thin with a little more milk if desired and add toppings of choice.
