Almond Milk Chocolate Pots
- 2 ripe avocados
- 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 120 ml almond milk
- 50 g icing sugar
- 200 g raspberries
- Place the avocado in a food processor (or blender) with the cocoa powder. Add the almond milk and icing sugar and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into glasses or ramekins and leave to set in the fridge to firm up for 2 – 3 hours.
- To serve, sprinkle with a few raspberries or your favourite berries.
