Roasted herb baby Potatoes
use a floury potato for the best result
- Air Fryer
- 500 g baby maris-piper potatoes cut into bite-size
- 4 spray of oil
- 1 lemon zest
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 2 spring of rosemary
- Salt and black pepper
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the spray of oil, lemon zest, herbs and seasoning.
- Place the potatoes in the Air fryer basket and turn on the machine for 25-35 minutes depending on the model. Toss every 10 minutes or so to ensure all the potatoes are coloured on all sides.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with a drizzle of sea salt.
