a simple way to use the simmering plate!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp corn kernel
- flavouring to serve
Instructions
- Place a liner on the simmering stovetop.
- Spread the corn kernels into an even layer and drop the lid down. Wait patiently.
- After 90 seconds or so, you will hear the corn starting to pop.
- do not lift the lid until the poping is finished !
- transfer in a bowl and drizzle over your favourite flavour.
Notes
you can toss the corn kernel in a drop or a spray of oil if preferred.
