Air fryer Chicken Thighs with Potatoes

  • 4 potatoes quartered
  • 1 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsp harissa marinade we used SuperValu Signature Taste sauce
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • Salt & Pepper to Season
  • Tomato and cucumber salad to serve


  • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes to 200˚C / Air fryer setting.
  • Place the potatoes, garlic cloves, onion, harissa ,seasoning and the chicken thighs in a large bowl.
  • Toss everything together, cover the bowl and set if possible to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight for stronger flavours.
  • Transfer to the air fryer bowl and in the air fryer machine.
  • Cook for 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender, and the chicken are crisp and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with a salad of tomato, leaves and cucumber.
