Air fryer Chicken Thighs with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes quartered
- 1 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tbsp harissa marinade we used SuperValu Signature Taste sauce
- 8 chicken thighs
- Salt & Pepper to Season
- Tomato and cucumber salad to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes to 200˚C / Air fryer setting.
- Place the potatoes, garlic cloves, onion, harissa ,seasoning and the chicken thighs in a large bowl.
- Toss everything together, cover the bowl and set if possible to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight for stronger flavours.
- Transfer to the air fryer bowl and in the air fryer machine.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender, and the chicken are crisp and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with a salad of tomato, leaves and cucumber.
