One pan Creamy Pork chops Casserole

  • 4 pork chops
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 leek sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g baby potatoes boiled and halved
  • 200 ml of white wine stock or water
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
  • 100 g Blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a wide saucepan, over medium high heat, drizzle some oil and add the pork chops .
  • Sear for 2-3 minutes until coloured.
  • Add the mushrroms, leeks, garlic, rosemary and halved boiled baby potatoes.
  • Seson with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minute or so.
  • Pour in the white wine, stock or water, the cream and whole grain mustard and blue cheese.
  • Stir once and bring to simmer. Add the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chops are cooked through.
  • Check the seasoning and serve while piping hot!
