Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 200 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 leek sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 g baby potatoes boiled and halved
- 200 ml of white wine stock or water
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 100 g Blue cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a wide saucepan, over medium high heat, drizzle some oil and add the pork chops .
- Sear for 2-3 minutes until coloured.
- Add the mushrroms, leeks, garlic, rosemary and halved boiled baby potatoes.
- Seson with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minute or so.
- Pour in the white wine, stock or water, the cream and whole grain mustard and blue cheese.
- Stir once and bring to simmer. Add the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chops are cooked through.
- Check the seasoning and serve while piping hot!
