of white wine
stock or water

cream

Whole grain mustard

Blue cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a wide saucepan, over medium high heat, drizzle some oil and add the pork chops .
Sear for 2-3 minutes until coloured.
Add the mushrroms, leeks, garlic, rosemary and halved boiled baby potatoes.
Seson with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minute or so.
Pour in the white wine, stock or water, the cream and whole grain mustard and blue cheese.
Stir once and bring to simmer. Add the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chops are cooked through.
Check the seasoning and serve while piping hot!
