Ingredients
- 225 g cranberries
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 orange Juice & zest
- 150 ml Madeira wine or other such as orange juice, port, …
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil.
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the liquid has reduced.
- Remove the cinnamon stick then pour the relish into a jar.
- Store in the fridge for a few weeks.
- If you sterilise the jar, you can then keep the cranberry relish at room temperature until opened!
