or other such as orange juice, port, …

cinnamon stick
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil.
Turn the heat down and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the liquid has reduced.
Remove the cinnamon stick then pour the relish into a jar.
Store in the fridge for a few weeks.
If you sterilise the jar, you can then keep the cranberry relish at room temperature until opened!
