In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk and sugar.
Heat a non-stick pan over a low to medium heat and add the butter.
Quickly toss the bread slices in the egg mixture and use your hands to shake off excess egg mixture.
Carefully place the bread in the pan and sauté them about 1 minute on each side over lower heat. (About 2 minutes in total).
Remove the coloured bread from the pan into the serving platter.
Scatter the fresh strawberries, raspberry coulis, and mascarpone cheese.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and some icing sugar and serve immediately.
