Coconut Popsicles

  • 400 ml coconut cream
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 100 g dark chocolate melted
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil


  • Place the coconut milk and honey in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into an 8 x popsicle tray and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until hard.
  • Just before serving, Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and melt over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from the heat and keep aside.
  • Deep the popsicles in hot water and Remove them from the moulds. Drizzle with the chocolate and serve immediately.
