Sautéed Potatoes Campagnarde

Ingredients
- 6 waxy potatoes thinly sliced, about 2–3mm thick
- 100 g bacon lardon
- 1 onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 sprigs rosemary chopped
- Salt & Pepper to season
Instructions
- in a sauté pan, over medium heat, pour some oil and add the potatoes, bacon, onion, garlic, and rosemary.
- Over moderate heat, cook 8-10 minutes covered with a lid for the first 5 minutes, to help cook the potatoes faster.
- Shake the pan every so often to have the uniform colouration. Check the seasoning.
- Serve immediately.
