Ingredients
- 225 g cranberries
- 110 g caster sugar
- 1 orange Juice & zest
- 50 ml port
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil for 10-12 minutes until the liquid has reduced. Remove the cardamone and cinnamon stick then pour the relish to a jar.
