Ingredients
  

  • 225 g cranberries
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 1 orange Juice & zest
  • 50 ml port
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil for 10-12 minutes until the liquid has reduced. Remove the cardamone and cinnamon stick then pour the relish to a jar.
