Air Fryer Oriental Pork Belly Bites

Ingredients
- 400 g pork belly cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spices
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp pinenuts or peanuts
- 1 tbsp cashew crunch Rivesci
- Salad leaves to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 210-220˚C or max crisp setting.
- Season the pork belly pieces with salt and place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes until fully cooked and crispy skin has been achieved.
- In the meantime, combine the soy sauce, 5 spices, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil fish sauce , pinenuts and cashew crush into a glaze. Add some honey and lime if desired to add flavours.
- Once the pork belly pieces are cooked and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss in with the glaze.
- Toss to coat the flavour on the belly bites and serve immediately with salad leaves.
- Enjoy while piping hot.
