One pot Bacon Ribs Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets bacon ribs
  • 2 onions halved
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 carrots cut into bite size
  • 1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
  • 4 -8 potatoes
  • 3 tbsp parsley chopped, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Place the bacon sheet pieces on a large saucepan. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, herbs, and cover with water.
  • Cover with a lid and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer over medium/ low heat for 45-50 minutes until the bacon ribs are softened and the potatoes are cooked through. Keep an eye during the cooking process to ensure enough liquid keeps covering the ribs and veegtables.
  • Remove from the heat and serve immediately with the broth created.
