
One pot Bacon Ribs Stew

Ingredients
- 2 sheets bacon ribs
- 2 onions halved
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 carrots cut into bite size
- 1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
- 4 -8 potatoes
- 3 tbsp parsley chopped, to serve
Instructions
- Place the bacon sheet pieces on a large saucepan. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, potatoes, herbs, and cover with water.
- Cover with a lid and bring to the boil.
- Simmer over medium/ low heat for 45-50 minutes until the bacon ribs are softened and the potatoes are cooked through. Keep an eye during the cooking process to ensure enough liquid keeps covering the ribs and veegtables.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately with the broth created.
