Homemade Crispy Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 40 g porridge
- 50 g mature cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tsp Dried Herbs
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 50 g olive oil or butter
- 130 g water
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until it comes together.
- Roll the pastry mixture in-between two parchment sheets for ease and transfer onto a baking tray.
- Remove the top layer and using a pizza roller or a knife, draw the size of the crackers desired.
- I did 3cm by 3cm on average.
- Sprinkle with extra cheese and place in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until coloured and cooked.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Break away the crackers from each others and store in a closed container for a few days. It will store for up to 2 weeks without been stale.
