Around the World Curries
This new online course is all about curries from around the world.
I love a good curry not just on Friday but any night of the week – be it Indian, my favourite is lamb madras, Thai, Japanese or Chinese!
While I’m calling this the “ultimate” guide to curries, it’s really a guide to the most well-known and liked curries. Curry is a rich and diverse food and this really only begins to scratch the surface. Every family has their own unique twist, but the basics are pretty consistent. And if you’re wanting to learn more, this is a great place to start!
In this course, we have each day a sampling of curry recipes from India, China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and south Africa. Each will bring its own curry from the secrets of Indian curries to Thai coconut broth and spice pastes to Malaysian and south African specificity. All are delicious and unique.
As usual, we will have two cook-along, on Tuesday and Thursday at 5PM with live commentary and direct response to questions. You can watch the tutorial on your own time and as many times as you want for 1 year from the purchase of the course.
If you decide to join after the course has been live recorded, you can still enjoy all the tutorial and the recorded live cook along with queries and comment still responded! Have a sampling of our tutorial day one for free below.
