400gtin tomatoes blitzed
300mlveg stock
1can kidney beans
Instructions
Fry sausages after two minutes add your chopped bacon, when they begin to develop colour add in your chopped onion, garlic and peppers, sauté until onions are translucent
Season with salt and pepper
Add in your chilling powder or flakes and your turmeric
Now place your kidney beans, blitzed tomatoes and stick into the pan bring to the boil and reduce the heat, leave to simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the sausages are fully cooked and the sauce reduces to coat the sausages.
