Almond Milk Chocolate Pots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 120 ml almond milk
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 200 g raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Place the avocado in a food processor (or blender) with the cocoa powder. Add the almond milk and icing sugar and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses or ramekins and leave to set in the fridge to firm up for 2 – 3 hours.
  • To serve, sprinkle with a few raspberries or your favourite berries.
