In a bowl, combine the sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and smoked Tabasco together. Add the thinly sliced pieces of striploin steak and cover; chill for 24 hours, stir occasionally.
Set the air fryer to 175°F (80°C),
Place the wire rack on a large baking tray. Lay the thinly sliced beef on the rack in a single layer and cook it for around 2-3 hours until dried and crunchy. Remove from the air fryer and let Cool. Store in airtight container and best in fridge up to 1 week.
