lemon curd

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160˚C.
place the crushed biscuit in to base.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, crème fraiche, egg, lemon curd, lemon zest in a bowl. Combine until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into the biscuits and sprinkle the bliueberries.
Transfer in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the mixture just starting to set.
Remove from the oven and serve warm or at room temperature with a sprinkle of icing sugar.
