Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, turmeric, and coconut milk with the peanut butter.
In a larger bowl, place the prawn tails. Add 2 or 3 tbsp of the satay mixture to the bowl with the prawns and marinate for 3-10 minutes.
Toss in breadcrumb.
Preheat over medium low heat a saucepan with 1 cm of sunflower oil or preheat the air fryer to 200˚C. add the prawns and sauté for 2 -3 minutes on both sides until cooked through.
Serve immediately with some salad leaves and kimchi if desired.
