chia seeds

mixed nuts

dried cranberries

mixed berry jam

berries

local honey
we used a blackcurrant infused honey

ml
natural yogurt

ml
milk
plus extra if needed when serving
Instructions
Add oats, seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, mixed nuts into a bowl.
Stir in the yogurt and milk and add some of the honey to sweetnen tohe mixture.
Spoon on the base of the jars some jam. add the mixture and layer the berries, honey and extra seeds if desired.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
Uncover and enjoy from the container/bowl the next day.
Thin with a little more milk if desired and add toppings of choice.
