Place all the ingredient in a saucepan except the cheese and half of the parsley.
Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce the heat, and simmer, stirring and turning the pasta with a spatula to prevent sticking for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is al dente and almost all the liquid has evaporated. Add extra liquid if needed during the cooking process.
Add the cream and parmesan and stir to finish the pasta.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately with a sprinkle with grated parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
