Grease 3-4 ramekins with extra butter and set aside.
In a bowl, over simmering water, melt 100g butter and chocolate. Remove from the heat and keep warm until needed.
In a second bowl, whisk the egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in the flour and then the chocolate and butter mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 180˚C for 5 minutes or so.
Pour the mixture into the ramekins, filling each one about halfway.
Place in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
In the meantime, Prepare the berry compote. In a sauté pan, melt some honey and 25g of butter. Add the frozen berries, add a squeeze of lemon juice and if available flambee with Grand Marnier. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes until the berries are just softened. remove from the heat and set aside until needed.
Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer basket and serve while still hot.
Serve with fresh whipped cream, berrie compote and enjoy.
