Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, over hight heat and add the chicken, onions, and garlic. Cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through, approximately 2-3 minutes.Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for a further few minutes until just softened.Add the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chilli sauce to the pan and stir to combine, then add the cooked noodles.Toss to warm throughout the noodles and ensure all the food is coated in the flavours. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
