Drizzle some oil on the striploin and rub to layer the steaks with a light coating.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad.
In bowl, place the cucumber, red onion, carrots, chili, fresh herbs and salad leaves. Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. toss to combine. Place the salad in a serving bowl to share or individual dishes.
Over very high heat, preheat the griddle pan. place the striploins and cook without turning for 2-3 minutes each sides, reduce the heat to a medium heat until cooked to your liking. Remove from the griddle pan once nearly cooked and leave to rest for 2 minutes on a cutting board.
Thinly slice the rested steak across the grain and place on top of the salad.
Drizzle with extra sweet chilli jam and sprinkle with extra sesame seed.
Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
