Instructions
In a saucepan, fill with salted water and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook as per package instructions.
When your pasta are cooked, remove from the heat . drain the pasta and keep some of the cooking water to add to the sauce in a while.
In a second saucepan, melt over medium heat the oil, add the onion and garlic and cook for 60-90 seconds over medium heat.
Add the cherry tomato and ham. Continue to sauté for a further minute then add the asparagus and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 100ml of the reserved pasta cooking liquid and the drained pasta with the cream and parmesan. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the spinach and let the spinach wilt. Check the seasoning.
Serve immediately with extra parmesan grated over the plate.
