  • 400 g chicken breast sliced into slivers
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper


  • In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs together. In a second bowl, combine salt, freshly ground black pepper and flour.
  • And in a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese.
  • Drop a few chicken silvers into the flour mixture, tap to remove any excess and drench in the egg. Place it into the breadcrumb and coat the pieces thoroughly.
  • Remove onto a plate.
  • In a frying pan, over a low to medium heat, add the oil and place the chicken Goujon in the warm pan. Pan fry the chicken Goujons for 2 -3 minutes on each sides or until coloured and cooked through.
  • Serve with a few leaves of salads and red pepper jelly.
